Program Management/Project Management

Program Management Plus (PM+) represents a higher level of planning for managing the life cycle costs of a building. This process helps to plan for costs after the initial two to four years of the building’s existence, and addresses risk issues not normally covered by the original design team.  This process, developed by Raba Kistner Facilities, adds assurance that total life cycle costs are addressed and should increase the residual value of the facility for the remaining life of your investment.

PM+ services include:

  • Program Assessment
  • Program Development
  • Project Management
  • Scheduling
  • Cost Estimating
  • Design Review
  • Construction Management
  • Occupancy
