Program Management Plus (PM+)

Program Management Plus (PM+) is the integration of our Program Management Services with our Quality Management System that defines who we are and how we operate.  PM+ is designed to deliver those services efficiently, effectively with quality.  In addition to the traditional PM+ services that we provide, our teams’ knowledge of public finance, local and state political issues, and transportation make us ideally suited to help solve transportation issues, and effectively manage and deliver projects.

Program Management Plus services that we provide include:

  • Pass-Through Toll Program development from application through construction
  • Bond Program development from project identification and bond election through implementation
  • Public Finance Assistance, including identification of funding sources, Transportation Reinvestment Zone development, SIB Loan, and other financing options
  • Contract / Agreement Negotiations and assistance with TxDOT and other agencies
  • Program Implementation Plans development that will define all phases of the project through completion of construction
  • Program Control System development for tracking budgets, schedule, and reporting for individual projects and the program as a whole
