"The council voted Tuesday to approve a professional services agreement with Raba Kistner, Inc. of Dallas for the acquisition of rights-of-way and easements for the lift station project. The firm is to be paid no more than $140,714 to obtain the tracts needed, through agreed purchase, appraisal or condemnation."
