PROJECT CONTROL ANNOUNCES THAT JASON KRESS HAS JOINED FIRM AS SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Project Control announced that Jason Kress has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager. Jason is a long time Lincoln resident and well familiar with the local community and ready to build the future landscape. 

As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Kress is responsible for day-to-day duties such as preconstruction services, management of project team meetings, oversight of the project, owner’s quality assurance, and budget management. With a wide range of design, development, and project delivery experience including planning, facilities management, master planning, and streetscapes, Jason strives to support Project Control’s objectives of meeting the client’s needs and expectations in a timely manner.

Mr. Kress brings 15 plus years’ experience in project/facilities management with a focus on capital facilities programs for government and industrial facilities. Jason specializes in reducing costs and maximizing profits through team building and efficient management of budgets. Prior to joining Project Control, Jason served as Capital Facilities Manager for the Nebraska Department of Roads in Lincoln after spending more than 5 years in architectural project management. Before deciding on the construction path, Jason spent several years in the IT industry and at one point acted as Director of Information Services and Director of Internet Development during the internet’s infancy.

Mr. Kress holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Doane College in Crete, Nebraska. As a sixth generation rural Nebraskan, Jason was proud to serve on the Nebraska State Historical Society Board of Trustees and continues to support that fine organization.
