Our headquarters supports Corporate Employee Services, Health and Safety Practices, Finance and Administration, Computer Information Systems, Corporate Development, a physical laboratory section, and executive offices.
The South Texas office has the largest archive of geotechnical data in the region. Its laboratory is one of only a few in Texas that is accredited by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). Our laboratory’s quality assurance and quality control program meets AASHTO’s rigorous standards.

This centralized organization leverages six regional offices including multi-disciplined professionals, technical resource linkages, and project opportunities.
