Raba-Kistner Infrastructure, Inc. (RKI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc., was formed to handle major public transportation alternative delivery programs.

Our Infrastructure Program brings together planners, designers, financial advisors, engineers and environmental scientists, and construction management personnel and technologists specialized in large transportation programs. Many are from high leadership roles at TxDOT and other Transportation Authorities.

RKI was the first of its kind in many aspects in the Design-Build marketplace having been:.

• The first independent third-party to provide construction quality assurance and acceptance services (QA) for TxDOT on the $1.3 billion State Highway 130 (SH 130) Segments 1-4
• The first to provide construction QA on a pass-thru financed project on the $400 million El Paso Spur 601
• The first to provide independent engineering services on a concession development agreement on SH 130 Segments 5 and 6 ($1.3 billion)

Pursuits are taking RKI across state boundaries with proposal efforts in Utah, Minnesota, Missouri, and Colorado..
