Raba-Kistner Infrastructure, Inc. , a wholly owned subsidiary of Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc., was formed to handle major public transportation alternative delivery programs.

Our Pflugerville office brings together engineers and environmental scientists and construction inspectors and technologists specialized in large transportation programs. Many are from high leadership roles at TxDOT. Their work serves as a clearing-house between the Texas Turnpike Authority, design and construction functions, and state and federal agencies.

The Pflugerville office currently meets the state’s first design-build toll road effort – a ninety-one mile stretch from Georgetown to Seguin, Texas. Operations provide construction quality assurance for the $1.3 billion State Highway 130 (SH130) project. This includes management of construction quality assurance laboratories along SH130. Other major transportation alternative delivery programs include Austin’s 183A State Highway, airports and toll roads.
