We understand that the performance of a facility’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems can have a major impact on our client’s operating costs, the facility’s service life, and on the health, safety, and comfort of its tenants. Typically, the success or failure of MEP systems depends upon issues of capacity, correct installation, suitability, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, commissioning, and maintenance and utility costs.

The Clean Air Act of 1990, Title VI “Stratospheric Ozone Protection” governs the mandatory phasing out of CFC and conversion to non-CFC refrigerant. Our engineers are experienced in preparing long-range compliance programs for phase out and conversion of existing refrigerant systems.
Our MEP system consulting services are based on field tests, engineered for objective-prediction measurement. We have used these tests for more than three decades on new projects and to extend the operational/environmental safety and service life of existing systems:

Airflow Measurements/Balancing

Vibration Measurements

Sound Level (Decibels)

Eddy Current Tube Testing

Lighting Levels (Foot Candles)

Indoor Air Quality Comfort Parameters

Relative Humidity, Temperature (Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbons, VOCs, Particulates)
