RABA KISTNER CONSULTANTS ANNOUNCES HIRE OF BROWNSVILLE AREA PROJECT MANAGER, CARLOS CEBALLOS, PE (7/14/2014) 

Brownsville Mr. Isidoro Arjona, PE, Vice President of Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. - Rio Grande Valley and Mexico operations – has announced that Mr. Carlos Ceballos, PE has been hired to serve as Area Project Manager for Raba Kistner’s Brownsville office. In this role, Mr. Ceballos is responsible for client relationship development, as well as scoping geotechnical engineering investigations and construction materials engineering and testing opportunities in the Brownsville area.

Mr. Ceballos’ project experience includes pavement design - using his knowledge of geosynthetics and pavement materials - as well as design of transportation facilities, including roadway geometrics, storm drain systems and drainage facilities, traffic control plans, bridge layouts, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SW3P’s) and signing and pavement marking design. In addition, Mr. Ceballos has expertise in construction management and inspections to provide quality assurance, safety, and construction materials testing review. He has been involved in multiple projects working with large municipalities, counties, TxDOT, and the United States International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC), where he had the opportunity to participate in the engineering oversight and project management of several miles of Federal levee construction improvement projects along the U.S.-Mexico Border.

Mr. Ceballos is a Brownsville native and graduated from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2003 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
