RABA KISTNER INFRASTRUCTURE HIRES JOHN BRYAN RASCHKE,PE AS SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (2/26/2014)
Austin Robert Wilson, PE, Senior Vice President and COO of Raba Kistner Infrastructure announced today that the firm has hired Bryan Raschke, PE to serve as a Senior Project Manager.
Bryan will be responsible for all area and project operations, including construction inspection and material testing operations to ensure compliance with project plans, approved shop/working drawings and specifications. His responsibilities will also include lead quality management, quality acceptance management and other similar assignments.
Bryan Raschke possesses extensive management and engineering experience on major highway projects throughout Texas. Mr. Raschke has over 30 years of experience in transportation design, construction and Quality Assurance Management. He has designed, constructed, and managed a number of major projects for TxDOT. Mr. Raschke has played an active role in quality assurance and quality control of these projects, to insure TxDOT design requirements and construction specifications requirements were met.
Mr. Raschke has held the positions of Director of Transportation Planning and Design and Director of Operations for TxDOT in the Odessa District and as The Brownwood Area Engineer for TxDOT in the Brownwood District. He received a B.S., Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1987 and is a registered professional engineer in Texas.
