Merrill Stanley

Merrill brings over 22 years of significant healthcare project management experience to his role as Vice President of Healthcare. Merrill is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and Texas State University.

Ben Reese, PE

Ben brings more than ten years of experience in inspection management to Raba Kistner. Mr. Reese is responsible for overseeing Construction Materials Engineering and Testing projects in the San Antonio area. He has technical and managerial expertise in soils testing and inspection, foundation inspection, reinforcing steel placements, structural steel inspection, asphalt pavements, and concrete plant and placement inspection. He works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and developers on various types of projects.

Jennifer Ramos

As Vice President and Marketplace Leader for San Antonio and South Texas, Jennifer is responsible for driving regional growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring alignment with Raba Kistner’s long-term strategy. Jennifer leads and supports local teams, fosters a high-performance culture, and collaborates closely with service line leaders to tailor and deliver integrated services that meet market needs. Jennifer's role includes identifying new business opportunities, expanding key client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the region

Clark Prothero, PE, CMQ/OE

Clark has over 26 years experience in Construction Construction Quality Managment, Construction Management & Engineering positions. He currently manages our Infrastructure business development for large projects pursued outside of Texas. He is also responsible for overseeing these projects as they are secured, while managing the Utah Division. Overall, Clark is responsible for 70 plus employees, 3 material testing labs, and development of our proprietary documentation software ELVIS.

Thomas Posey, PE

Thomas Posey has more than 25 years of experience in project management,
engineering consultancy and construction materials testing practices. With
a broad knowledge of soil-structure interaction for a variety of foundation
systems, Tom’s abilites to address geotechnical design and constructability
issues during the earliest stages of a client’s project provides them with the
opportunity to improve project performance. The breadth of his experience
within the Gulf Region include the complexities of building on soft and
compressible soils near shorelines and waterways, in addition to the
challenges of highly-expansive soil environments.

Preston Parker, PE, PMP

Preston brings more than 25 years of experience in Construction Materials Engineering and Testing to Raba Kistner. He is responsible for overseeing Construction Materials Engineering and Testing projects in the San Antonio area. Preston has technical and managerial expertise in soils testing and inspection, foundation inspection, reinforcing steel placements, post-tensioning stressing inspection, structural steel inspection, asphalt pavements, and concrete plant and placement inspection. He performs engineering investigations and studies dealing with construction related issues.

Martha Oseguera, MBA

Martha provides financial, business and administrative support to the Company and Project Managers. She brings over fifteen years of experience in financial accounting in the Professional Service Industry. Martha has experience planning and directing treasury activities, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, formulation of budgets for project, overhead and capital expenditures as well as monitoring budget performance and revenues, recommendation of cost controls, and changes in billing multiplier rates to assure profitability of operations.
