Clark D. Prothero, PE, Vice President of Raba Kistner Infrastructure

Raba Kistner Infrastructure, Inc. (RKI) is pleased to announce that Clark D. Prothero, PE, has been named Vice President of Raba Kistner Infrastructure. Prothero is based out of the firm’s Utah office and is responsible for managing the Utah Division of RKI, including budget management, staffing, estimating, and client development. Prothero also oversees a staff of 100+ employees on the I-15 Core Project while pursuing work in Utah, Hawaii, and surrounding states. 

Prothero has been with RKI since April of 2010, serving as Construction Quality Assurance Manager (CQAM) and Deputy Quality Assurance Manager (DQAM) of the I-15 Core Project, which is a $1.2 billion project, spanning 26 miles from Lehi to Spanish Fork, Utah. For these responsibilities, he works with Provo River Constructors, Design-Builder’s, TX, and Utah DOT to ensure work is being inspected and tested as per the contract documents, and helps to troubleshoot/solve construction or process problems when they arise.

Prothero has 20 years experience in Construction and Construction Management and has exceptional knowledge of materials engineering and its relationship to long term performance needs of highways, bridges, dams and other infrastructure projects.
