Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. (Raba Kistner) has announced that David White, RRC, RWC, RRO CDT, CEI, CIT has been promoted to Associate of Raba Kistner Consultants, responsible for Roofing and Building Envelope Services. Since starting his employment with Raba Kistner in 2011, David has assumed the overall management responsibility for Roofing and Building Envelope services. In his expanded role, he is responsible for transitioning Raba Kistner’s Building Envelope Consulting services to other geographic regions.
In his five years with Raba Kistner, David has managed building envelope services on a wide array of projects. David has managed projects for school districts and institutions of higher education across the State, large scale retail projects in Texas and Oklahoma, healthcare facilities, among many others. The $485 million Kyle Field Stadium Redevelopment Project for Texas A&M University and the City of San Antonio $million Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center Expansion Project are examples of the scale of projects for which David has managed the building envelope services.

David is a Registered Roof Consultant, Registered Waterproofing Consultant, Registered Roof Observer, Construction Documents Technologist, Certified EIFS Inspector, and a Certified Infrared Thermographer. He is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a B.A in Business Administration.
