On January 31, a time-honored Raba Kistner tradition took place. Employees who reached their five-year service milestone were inducted into the Raba Kistner Five-Year Board, an honorary society celebrating the loyalty of dedicated employees.

When the first Five-Year Board meeting commenced 38 years ago, it was a small group celebrating in a conference room at our original San Antonio office. As the company and the Five-year Board grew, our founders Bunny and Carl Raba hosted the party in their home for many years. Today, at 177 members strong, the Five-year Board will be dining and reveling at locations across the country. Congratulations to our new 5-year board members and thank you to all of our loyal employees!
