Gabriel Ornelas Jr., PE, PMP, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Raba Kistner’s Engineering and Testing services. Gabriel has worked for Raba Kistner for more than 20 years in various positions, beginning in San Antonio, from a laboratory technician while he was still attending UTSA, to Project Engineer, to Forensics Engineering Manager. Gabriel moved his family to Austin and was named Associate. He has been serving as Vice President since 2008, responsible for the Austin Regional Office, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing businesses. In addition, Gabriel has participated in the start-up of RK/Project Control in Austin through staff sharing and support to help grow this important group in Austin. Gabriel will continue representing Raba Kistner in the Austin Region and to the north of Austin along the IH-35 Corridor.
