Julia Clarke, PE, Raba Kistner Senior Geotechnical Manager, Transportation (photo: left) was featured by Houston station channel 2, KPRC, in their Houston Life segment for her advocacy of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) education awareness and opportunities for women and minorities.
Julia is very active in the Houston A/E/C community and currently serves as the President of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) - Houston Branch.
