JUSTIN W. NIPP, PE, HIRED AS PROJECT MANAGER I FOR CITY OF KAUFMAN SH 24 PASS-THROUGH TOLL PROJECT (12/8/2014) 

Dallas Russel Lenz, PE, Vice President and COO of Raba Kistner Infrastructure, Inc. (Raba Kistner) has announced that Justin W. Nipp, PE has joined Raba Kistner as a Project Manager I to work on the City of Kaufman SH 34 Pass-Through Toll project, including construction inspection and material testing operations. 

Mr. Nipp brings more than eight years of transportation and utility engineering experience to the Raba Kistner team. In that time, he worked on major transportation projects for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Projects have included the IH 635/IH 35E LBJ Express Managed Lanes Project in Dallas, the replacement of four off-system bridges in Kaufman County, the ADOT SR 101 design-build project, and many others. He has experience in utility adjustment, development of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), and signage and markings. Mr. Nipp also provided roadway design services for IH 35 in Temple, TX from South of Nugent Ave to North of Loop 363N for the TxDOT Waco District.

Mr. Nipp is a 2005 graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
