Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. announced today that it is restructuring to support continued growth in its four main service areas. Under the new structure, the holding company, Raba Kistner, Inc., will have four, wholly-owned subsidiary companies: Raba Kistner Facilities, Inc.; Raba Kistner Infrastructure, Inc.; Raba Kistner Environmental, Inc.; and Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. Each company will have its own chief operating officer, management team, and technical staff, and will grow under its own marketing and development plans. The company will continue to operate in Mexico through its Raba Ingenieros, S. De R.L. De C.V. subsidiary.

Dr. Carl Raba will assume his existing position – Chairman of the Board - within the holding company, while William Raba will serve as President and Dr. Gary Raba will serve as Vice Chairman and Senior Vice President of the holding company. In addition, well-known industry professionals will lead each subsidiary: Dr. Gary Raba will continue to lead Infrastructure; Steve Bushong of Houston will lead Facilities with Paul Hawryluk managing the San Antonio Facilities operations; Steve Jones of San Antonio will lead Environmental; and Dr. Robert Costigan will lead Consultants. Raba Kistner Consultants will continue to provide the geotechnical and construction materials engineering and testing services.

In the last 10 years, the company has doubled its number of employees (to almost 450) and almost doubled its billings.
