PROJECT CONTROL PROMOTES PAUL G. HAWRYLUK, PE TO VICE PRESIDENT- San Antonio

Project Control of Texas, Inc. (PCT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raba Kistner, Inc. (Raba Kistner), has promoted Paul G. Hawryluk, PE to Vice President of the project management consulting firm. Paul has proven himself as a highly effective project manager for PCT, and previously for Raba Kistner, and will continue to serve as the Senior Program Manager for the $485 million Kyle Field Redevelopment for Texas A&M University. 

While at Raba Kistner, he served in various roles for their Facilities and Program Management divisions. During this time, he was responsible for all the construction management services, including Building Envelope services and architectural peer review services.

Prior to joining PCT and Raba Kistner, Paul worked as Director of Facility Program Management for Lockwood, Andrews, & Newnam (LAN), and was an Associate with Walton & Associates Consulting Engineers. Paul holds two Bachelors of Science degrees from Texas A&M University – College Station, and is a member of the Council of Education Facility Planners (CEFPI), the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the Project Management Institute.
