RABA KISTNER CONSULTANTS ANNOUNCES STUART A. HOLLAND, EIT, ADDED TO HOUSTON OFFICES (Houston) 

Martin M Villa, PE announced that Stuart A. Holland, E.I.T. has been transferred from Raba Kistner Infrastructure in Utah, where he was a Staff Engineer, to their Houston office to perform geotechnical engineering investigations under the leadership of John D. Brown, PE, Geotechnical Engineering Department Manager. His responsibilities include project coordination, studies at new and existing building sites, and direction and oversight of field and exploration staff and subcontractors for field services. 

Mr. Holland received his BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Houston in 2009 and has been with the Raba Kistner since that time. He also worked for Raba Kistner as an intern, working as a Construction Materials Engineering & Testing Technician, 2007 – 2008. While at Raba Kistner Infrastructure, Mr. Holland worked on a revised Quality Management Program for use on the 1-15 Corridor expansion project, as well as performed punch list acceptance walks with the Utah DOT to help accomplish an on-time project close out.
