Callie Bletsch, PE, Senior Environmental Professional

Houston Raba Kistner Environmental, Inc. (RKEI) is pleased to announce that Callie F. Bletsch, P.E. has joined the firm as Senior Environmental Professional. In this position, Ms. Bletsch serves as Project Professional/Manager for Environmental Planning and Permitting (EP&P) projects and conducts analysis of field data with respect to the preparation of report data. 

Ms. Bletsch has more than 13 years of experience, which includes 7 years in environmental compliance, state and federal resource agency coordination, extensive public involvement, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) permitting, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) document preparation. As Senior Environmental Professional, Ms. Bletsch oversees and participates in a variety of technical services with an emphasis on environmental compliance and documentation. Ms. Bletsch serves as the Project Professional/Manager for a wide variety of project types including pipeline corridors, utility corridors, airports, highways and roads, facility construction and many others. Her duties address all aspects of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and related planning and permitting issues such as Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, and both the Texas Antiquities Code and National Historic Preservation Act. She also brings experience in the management and processing of right-of-way access and acquisitions for corridor projects. In addition to her work with NEPA compliance and environmental permitting Ms. Bletsch works with environmental impact investigations and mitigation for real estate transactions in accordance with current ASTM standards.

Ms. Bletsch holds both M.S. and B.S. degrees in Environmental Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a registered professional engineer in Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Colorado.
