RABA KISTNER INFRASTRUCTURE ANNOUNCES HIRE OF PATRICK MOON AS SENIOR RIGHT-OF-WAY AGENT (8/20/13)
Dallas Raba Kistner Infrastructure (RKI) has hired Patrick M. Moon as Senior Right-of-Way Agent. His responsibilities include performing work related to state and federal funded right-of-way negotiations, relocations, appraisals, acquisitions and compliance for highway construction and other ROW-related improvements.
His assignments at Raba Kistner Infrastructure include negotiation and acquisition of property, title remedies and process tracking for the North Tarrant Express, Segment 3A (IH-35W) project and SH 34 Kaufman Bypass project.
Mr. Moon previously worked for DFW Advisors, LLC as a Right-of-Way Agent. Projects included acquiring easements for a Trinity River Authority sewer line rehabilitation projects and 400 unit-relocations for the NTTA. He also spent 10 years with TxDOT’s Right-of-Way Division, most recently as a Special Projects Coordinator.
Mr. Moon received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a minor in Management from Saint Edwards University in Austin, Texas.
