RABA KISTNER INFRASTRUCTURE ANNOUNCES HIRE OF ARTHUR "ART" WEST AS RIGHT-OF-WAY PROJECT MANAGER- Houston

 Russel Lenz, PE, Senior Vice President and COO of Raba Kistner Infrastructure, Inc. (RKI), has announced the hire of Arthur D. “Art” West as Right-of-Way (ROW) Project Manager. Mr. West brings more than 40 years of experience in ROW services to the RKI team, and will provide these services, including administrative support, acquisitions, negotiations, relocations, title and closings, and eminent domain services for RKI’s clients.

Mr. West’s many years of experience spanned a wide range of ROW and relocation services across the state, particularly in and around the Harris County and Gulf Coast regions. Mr. West served as an Acquisition Agent and Relocation Specialist, as well as a Precinct Coordinator for multiple Commissioners with the Harris County ROW department. While with Harris County, Mr. West completed approximately 100 projects, including special donations, interlocal agreements with the City of Houston, numerous exchanges and abandonments, and hundreds of condemnation hearings. His project experience includes work on SH 35 in Pearland, US 59 at UPRR in Shepherd, and Beltway 8, the Hardy and Sam Houston Toll Road and Direct Airport connector, Sims Bayou, and FM 529 in Houston, among many others.

His experience also includes projects for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and with a Concessionaire Developer Agreement (CDA) on the North Tarrant Express (NTE) 35W project. He also has experience on water line, sanitary sewer, and natural gas pipeline relocation projects in Houston, Fort Worth, and the Rio Grande Valley.
