Howard Holland, PE

Howard has more than 25 years of experience in the development, delivery, construction and maintenance of transportation projects with the Texas Department of Transportation. Additionally he has 14 years engineering experience in diverse areas of water resources with USDA and land development in private practice. Howard's extensive expertise includes managing the activities associated with transportation planning, operations, right-of-way, design, construction, inspection, maintenance, safety, environmental, emergency operations and administrative support functions.

Gary Hodges, PE

Gary is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience providing senior management for design and construction of major capital programs for infrastructure improvements as well as private development, with a thorough knowledge and understanding of industry practices and regulations. His project responsibilities have included the TxDOT IH-10 Katy Freeway Expansion, Harris County Metropolitan Transit Authority Downtown Midtown Streets, Harris County Toll Road Authority Sam Houston Toll Road, Houston Airport System IAH International Services Expansion Program, City of Houston Greater Houston Wastewater Program, and many more major projects across the U.S. and in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Raba Kistner, Gary served as Associate Vice President, Construction Services at CP&Y in Houston.

Adam Hoebelheinrich

As Regional Vice President, Adam leverages his broad industry understanding in his responsibilities of overseeing Midwest operations. His general contracting experience combined with his Owner and A/E/C industry relations allow him to successfully deliver projects. Adam believes the core tenants of a successful project lie in understanding client goals, thorough planning, working with the A/E/C teammates, detailed budgeting, frequent site visits, and analyzing the lifecycle costs.

Justin Hartshorn, CPA

Justin serves as the Director of Accounting with over 20 years of combined experience in public accounting and industry. With a background in auditing, financial reporting and operational accounting roles, he leads the accounting team while providing financial and business support to the Company Leadership, Project Managers and their staff. Justin is an integral part in providing accurate and timely financial data, including project accounting analytics. He leads the implementation and upgrades of financial software, including ensuring the proper training and controls are in place. Justin earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southwestern University and is a licensed CPA.

Gary Hall

With over 30 years of experience, Gary Hall holds extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial, sports, and entertainment construction. A valued industry leader, Gary excels at bringing teams together on large, complex projects and doing so with integrity and respect. He currently represents Project Control and PC Sports as a Senior Vice President and is responsible for overseeing the Central Texas office. Gary received his Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University and was recently honored by his alma mater as an Outstanding Alumnus by the College of Architecture.

Charles 'Dude' Hall

Dude has over 30 years of professional experience in the environmental field in both the government and private sector. Dude led Timber Creek Environmental (TCE), which was acquired by Raba Kistner in 2018. The firm was based in Conroe with additional offices in San Antonio and Dallas. Dude's leadership at TCE focused on supporting the manufacturing/industrial sector with major national clients. In Dude's current role, he is supporting the expansion of our environmental services in the Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio marketplaces, as well as across other regions and nationally for large clients.

Jeff L. Haberstroh

Jeff Haberstroh has accumulated over 30 years of experience as a Project Manager in the San Antonio region. Jeff holds extensive experience managing bond programs and construction projects for municipalities and school districts, including most recently leading the Project Control team on the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and Alamodome expansion and renovations projects for the City of San Antonio. As a Program/Project Manager, he has managed all project phases from concept, contract negotiations and pre-construction services to complete bond oversight and project operations, to budget and schedule management.

Steven W. Funderburg, PE

Steven has more than 40 years of professional experience, including 25 years with Raba Kistner. While he is an engineer, he is educated in both science and engineering and has professional experience in both disciplines. During his career, he has successfully managed a wide variety of projects that have required contributions from scientists, engineers, and professionals from non-scientific fields.

Mike Frisbie, PE

Mike serves as Raba Kistner’s strategic growth leader in the San Antonio and Austin marketplaces and oversee the regional growth of Raba Kistner’s four business lines across public and private sectors — engineering consulting, infrastructure, environmental, and project management.

He has demonstrated executive leadership performance in planning, directing and overseeing large-scale engineering, infrastructure, water, wastewater, streets, storm water, and traffic management operations, with accountability for up to 1075 employees while managing large Annual Operating Budgets and Capital Improvement Programs.

Susan Filyk, MBA

Susan leads Raba Kistner’s marketing team and is responsible for the firm’s branding, public relations and corporate communications. Joining Raba Kistner in 2018, Susan brings more than 25 years of experience in communications and marketing in the corporate and non-profit sectors, focusing on branding strategy, creative management, product development, content creation, and investor relations.

Richard Evers

Richard brings more than 25 years or business development and marketing experience to Raba Kistner. He is responsible for establishing and managing client relationships throughout the San Antonio area and participating in project development for geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, environmental and cultural resources services along with building envelope and forensics services. As a business development professional, Richard has been successful in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies with a proven track record based on an engineering background, strategic thinking, and business knowledge. He works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and developers on various types of projects including schools, parking garages, retail centers, restaurants, and medical facilities throughout the San Antonio/South Texas area.
