Gary Hall

With over 30 years of experience, Gary Hall holds extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial, sports, and entertainment construction. A valued industry leader, Gary excels at bringing teams together on large, complex projects and doing so with integrity and respect. He currently represents Project Control and PC Sports as a Senior Vice President and is responsible for overseeing the Central Texas office. Gary received his Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University and was recently honored by his alma mater as an Outstanding Alumnus by the College of Architecture.

Charles 'Dude' Hall

Dude has over 30 years of professional experience in the environmental field in both the government and private sector. Dude led Timber Creek Environmental (TCE), which was acquired by Raba Kistner in 2018. The firm was based in Conroe with additional offices in San Antonio and Dallas. Dude's leadership at TCE focused on supporting the manufacturing/industrial sector with major national clients. In Dude's current role, he is supporting the expansion of our environmental services in the Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio marketplaces, as well as across other regions and nationally for large clients.

Jeff L. Haberstroh

Jeff Haberstroh has accumulated over 30 years of experience as a Project Manager in the San Antonio region. Jeff holds extensive experience managing bond programs and construction projects for municipalities and school districts, including most recently leading the Project Control team on the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and Alamodome expansion and renovations projects for the City of San Antonio. As a Program/Project Manager, he has managed all project phases from concept, contract negotiations and pre-construction services to complete bond oversight and project operations, to budget and schedule management.

Steven W. Funderburg, PE

Steven has more than 40 years of professional experience, including 25 years with Raba Kistner. While he is an engineer, he is educated in both science and engineering and has professional experience in both disciplines. During his career, he has successfully managed a wide variety of projects that have required contributions from scientists, engineers, and professionals from non-scientific fields.

Susan Filyk, MBA

Susan leads Raba Kistner’s marketing team and is responsible for the firm’s branding, public relations and corporate communications. Joining Raba Kistner in 2018, Susan brings more than 25 years of experience in communications and marketing in the corporate and non-profit sectors, focusing on branding strategy, creative management, product development, content creation, and investor relations.

Isidoro Arjona, PE, PMP, D.GE, F.ASCE

Mr. Arjona serves as a Senior Vice President. He brings over 25 years of experience to his role and his responsibilities include the planning, coordination, and monitoring of subsurface exploration and geotechnical engineering and testing activities. Isidoro is also responsible for Construction Materials Engineering and Testing projects for the firm throughout North Texas and in México, with responsibilities covering pavement, industrial, office and residential buildings, as well as geotechnical review and evaluation of aggregate sources.

Gabriel Ornelas, Jr., PE

Gabriel possesses the advanced technical, leadership, communication, and business skills to interact with clients and lead a consulting team to success. His principal practice areas relative to consulting and design experience include construction materials testing and engineering, forensic engineering, and geotechnical engineering. Gabriel has more than 20 years work experience involving management and execution of construction quality control testing and inspection services on major construction projects in Texas.

Thomas Burr

After earning degrees from the University of Oregon and Baylor University, Thomas Burr worked for international corporations in environmental consulting and management roles before joining Raba Kistner in 2015. He now manages client development and is involved with state and federal agencies on environmental compliance efforts that involve permitting, testing, regulatory reporting, management and auditing. Tom is also responsible for extending the group’s offerings, including the recent growth of archaeological services and the addition of coastal and hydraulic consulting.

Richard S. McNary

Dick McNary is President and COO of Raba Kistner Project Control. Dick has been with the firm since 1985, working his way up through all aspects of managing the business, from his start as Project Manager. Most recently, Dick has guided his project management group through expansions into multiple markets throughout Texas. He is involved in Chamber of Commerce initiatives and is a graduate of their leadership development program. He also is a past member of the Alamo RMA’s Community Advisory Group for the Loop 1604 and Highway 281 Improvements.

Russel W. Lenz, PE

With more than 35 years of experience in the development, delivery, maintenance, and operation of transportation projects, Russel Lenz develops strategic and tactical plans to advance programs and projects that will provide engineering, environmental and construction-related services to the transportation industry. Mr. Lenz’s experience is based on his executive level leadership positions within TxDOT as the Director of the Construction Division, District Engineer for multiple Districts. He also served as the Director of Heavy, Municipal and Utilities Divisions for AGC of Texas.
