Richard S. McNary

Dick McNary is President and COO of Raba Kistner Project Control. Dick has been with the firm since 1985, working his way up through all aspects of managing the business, from his start as Project Manager. Most recently, Dick has guided his project management group through expansions into multiple markets throughout Texas. He is involved in Chamber of Commerce initiatives and is a graduate of their leadership development program. He also is a past member of the Alamo RMA’s Community Advisory Group for the Loop 1604 and Highway 281 Improvements.

Renan Pierre-Louis, MBA

Renan Pierre-Louis serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Raba Kistner, a leading engineering consulting and program management firm with over 850 employees. He is a strategically focused and commercially astute executive with more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in the engineering and construction industries. Renan has been with the company for over five years and has played a key role in strengthening its financial and operational foundation.
As CFO since 2020, he has been a member of the executive committee and has responsibility for all finance and accounting operations, including mergers and acquisitions. During his tenure, he has helped lead multiple acquisitions and supported the successful integration of those businesses into the organization.
Renan’s background includes extensive experience in financial strategy, performance management, and organizational leadership. He has guided finance functions through growth phases, enhanced reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making, and partnered closely with operational leaders to ensure financial discipline aligns with business objectives. His leadership approach emphasizes accountability, cross-functional alignment, and the development of strong, result-oriented teams.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in management and accounting from the University of Massachusetts Boston and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University. Renan is fluent in both written and spoken French.

Mike Frisbie, PE

Mike leads business growth and strategic development for the firm. He has demonstrated executive leadership performance in planning, directing and overseeing large-scale engineering, infrastructure, water, wastewater, streets, storm water, and traffic management operations, with accountability for up to 1,075 employees while managing large Annual Operating Budgets and Capital Improvement Programs.

Chris L. Schultz, PE, PMP

Chris serves as the President of Raba Kistner, Inc. With more than 30 years of experience, exclusively with Raba Kistner, Chris provides strategic leadership and is responsible for the overall operations and resources of the company. In his previous roles he was responsible for scope development, contracting, financial management, and implementation of Raba Kistner’s geotechnical engineering projects across many industries for the entire company. He also served as the firm’s first Marketplace Leader, responsible the business in the Houston area. After earning a B.S. from the University of Colorado, Chris received an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has served in state board positions for TSPE and TCEL.

Donna Adams

Donna serves as the senior growth executive for Raba Kistner’s Greater Houston region, responsible for driving revenue expansion, strengthening top tier client relationships, and elevating the firm’s presence across the marketplace. She leads strategic planning, business development, political and community engagement, and cross service line collaboration. Donna's duties include developing and executing the Houston growth plan, managing executive level client and partner relationships, overseeing local business development staff, guiding major pursuits, and representing the firm with civic, professional, and political stakeholders. I also support acquisition sourcing, talent onboarding, culture building, safety, and quality initiatives, with success measured primarily by sustainable revenue and profitability growth.”
